E-learning Digital Training Centres are provided within the rural communities to train locals on skills and knowledge required to sustain the equipment and facilities provided and maintain income-generating opportunities associated with the sustainable rural community project.Centres are equipped with facilities such as computers and associated equipment and training personnel running programs aimed at training and exposing locals to online work opportunities as Digital Entrepreneurs generating up $100 in monthly income.
Power supply and Broadband access will be via the existing Electricity/Solar; and Internet and Communication infrastructure provided in the Sustainable Rural Community Core Project module.
